Sirin is a 200 hour Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga instructor, with an athletic background. She is now furthering her training in Yin yoga, Mat and reformer Pilates.
Sirin has a passion for teaching, movement and wellness.

Pilates instructor
Laura is a STOTT trained Pilates mat instructor with Pre and Postnatal Pilates qualifications, Laura loves to provide friendly classes that leave you feeling better as you walk (taller!) out of the door!
Guided by women that move with intention, teach with care , and hold space for you .
Yoga InstructorJess
Jess can often be found upside down and playing around with different arm balances. She is committed to challenging comfort zones and confronting self limiting beliefs both on and off the mat and encourages her students to do the same. Jess’s style of teaching inspires her students to be present, to have fun, and to challenge limits.
Jess is an Experienced 500 hour Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher.
Her Classes including Ashtanga Vinyasa, Rocket Vinyasa, Modified Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Slow Flow, Yin and Aerial Yoga classes.
Meditation CoachAnne
Anne is an experienced meditation teacher having meditated for several decades finding calm, clarity and resilience from this practice . She is passionate about sharing its myriad benefits with you. In the guided meditation classes you can expect to learn different methods of meditation over time with one or two meditations in each class and insights into the science of meditation together with complimentary breathing and grounding techniques.

Pilates and Barre instructorMy name is Beau Antrobus, a Mat Pilates and Barre instructor with a professional background in dance and performance. Pilates has been the backbone of my training, supporting strength, control, and longevity in movement.
I’m passionate about helping others move with intention and confidence. My classes focus on controlled, progressive movement that both nourishes and challenges the body.
I aim to create a positive and supportive space where everyone can grow, explore movement, and enjoy class in their own way—always flowing with joy.

With over ten years experience as an antenatal teacher - my Yoga and Birth Preparation classes and courses are in depth, practical and accessible. They are suitable for whatever birth experience you plan for and whatever birth experience you have.
Birth can feel overwhelming, but with the right preparation, it can also be an empowering, positive and deeply connected experience.
My role is to give you the knowledge, tools and confidence to get there, so you can meet your baby feeling steady, strong and supported in both mind and body.
